The screen should be arms length away with the monitor straight in front of the face. The center of the monitor should be 4-5 inches lower than the eyes. This allows the neck to relax and decrease the exposed surface of the eye.

Blink Regularly: Remember to blink often to keep your eyes moist and comfortable.
Blue Light Filters: Consider using blue light filter apps or glasses to reduce blue light exposure.
