Everybody was incredibly accommodating and kind. My wait time was less than 5 minutes. Optician Steve was gets a 10/10! I've been a patient here for a long while and I can honestly say he is the best of the best; l simply tell him what kind of frames l like and he brings me a tray to try on. Downtown Vision is a professional, caring and trustworthy practice. I took my soon to be 100 year old mother for an annual appointment. They made her feel like a Queen. More importantly, she was having trouble with her eye drops. Dr Ogden went above and beyond and found an eye dropper aid on Amazon. Steve Wolf is a licensed Optician and picks out the best frames for your glasses. If you want a practice that truly make YOU a priority, then Downtown Vision is where you need to go.
